Main tasks:
- Participation in the preparation of a media strategy (approach) for current and new clients (including in the form of slides);
- Defense and justification of selected media strategies;
- Mentoring existing PRS specialists on media planning and launches, including DIY planning and launching of some key clients to maintain a high level of expertise;
- Together with the media director and the strategic department, the development of product solutions and services in digital media;
- Control over the implementation of agreed media plans, feedback to the team;
- Searching for new approaches, testing new tools and technologies, pushing the team to find fresh ideas and introducing new products into clients' media plans;
- Participation in joint work with group representatives in other media (offline) to create cross-channel media solutions and analytics.
It is important for us:
- From 3 years of experience in a media or digital agency in a similar position or from an in-house, but large one (where they worked with large budgets and built various media strategies and models);
- Experience with tools: Gemius Audience, Campaign Manager;
- Knowledge of: DV360, Meta, Google Ads, Admixer, Programmatic, local digital sites;
- Experience of launching advertisements on OTT platforms;
- It will be an advantage: knowledge of Gemius (Direct Effect, Post Buy) and experience communicating with auditors;
- MS Office - experienced user;
- Written English at the intermediate+ level.
