- Client Service Director - responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and promoting business development through the provision of excellent service solutions.
Job tasks:
- Management of a team of PPC specialists: training, hiring and development of the team, performance review, etc.;
- Develop PPC strategies for clients and look for growth points for clients' business;
- Implement effective performance approaches, advertising campaigns and channels;
- Prepare digital and PPC strategies for new and existing clients, participate in presentations together with the team.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Work experience in the position of Senior PPC specialist or Digital marketer from 3 years. Experience as a Team Lead, head of department or mentor will be a plus;
- Experience in the development and implementation of PPC and/or digital strategies in agencies or in-house;
- Knowledge and confident use of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Criteo, CPA networks, price aggregators and other advertising channels;
- Experience with GA4, Google Looker;
- The desire to develop and build a career in the field of digital advertising (performance + media);
- Analytical mindset, readiness and ability to look for development points, form and test hypotheses;
- Knowledge of the English language is not lower than the B1 level.
